The "E" Word

I had my annual physical the other day and the docs one word "lecture" (his word) to me was:

I had to laugh!   Why couldn't it be something like "eat more doughnuts"???    

That other stuff he wrote was the supplements I'm already taking and was just a reminder to keep taking them...no lecture there.   

These pics have nothing to do with the "E" word but am including them in this weeks "In the Crosshairs" cuz when I was resting on my bed the other day I saw "smoke" coming off the roof and it scared me!   

Just steam from it raining and being sunny at the same time.
